Major Duties (Job Description)

• Review operational capabilities providing recommendations for proposing changes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to determine the best method for implementing system change.
• Initiate system change requests affecting the automated operational and financial system initiatives.
• Analyze policies that impact financial management and system processes to higher-level directives within organization.
• Assesses data requirements for the enhancement of automated financial management systems and to identify system problems.

Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1). Analyzing financial systems to determine the impact on business processes and operations, 2). Assist in the the designing, developing, and maintaining of financial systems, and 3). Compiling financial data related to budgeting, reporting, financial management, auditing, or accounting. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
