Major Duties (Job Description)

  • Review operational capabilities providing recommendations for proposing changes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to determine the best method for implementing system change.
  • Initiate system change request affecting the automated operational and financial systems initiatives.
  • Analyze policies that impact financial management and systems methods to higher-level directives within organization.
  • Assesses data requirements for the enhancement of automated financial management systems and to identify system problems.

Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1. Analyzing financial systems to determine the impact on business processes and operations, 2. Assist the designing, developing and maintaining financial systems, and 3. Compiling financial data related to budgeting, reporting, financial management, auditing, or accounting. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
